What if you’ve ported your number from a carrier where you’ve used a physical sim to a phone that supports eSIM. And the device you are trying to use says “ The sim in your old phone does not support eSIM transfer. Contact _____for support?”

Hello KaylaRudd,

In this case, you'll want to contact your current wireless carrier using the information for them in your region here: Find wireless carriers and worldwide service providers that offer eSIM service

Since the eSIM and SIM cards are handled by them, you'd need to seek a solution through that carrier.

Wishing you well, take care.
