Phone showing in SOS mode

Randomly when I opened my phone, I could see it was connected to my home wifi, but it had an SOS next to it. So I turned it off and turned it back on. And it’s still showing. I went to setting and it’s saying to set up wireless plan, but I already have one and have had one this entire time. So I’m not understanding what’s going on.
