I want to know why downgrade is impossible on iPhones ? I want to downgrade mine to iOS 9, because I want to test it and some apps are not longer available. How can I do that ?

No, it is not possible to downgrade iOS.
But why ? If we want to downgrade, it's our own problem, we can do what we want with our hardware.
