Cant Unblock my apple watch

I've got a problem I can't connect my watch to my phone. The app says that the apple watch is blocked and can be unblocked through the apple ID. I try to log in but the app says this apple id can't be used for unblocking your watches. However, previously apple watch was on my apple id and was connected to my icloud.

Apple Watch resetting to New York and Cupertino All I just got a new iPhone 14 pro and synced it to my Apple Watch 6. Most apps work fine but the weather keeps resetting to New York and Cupertino instead of about 20 other cities on my iPhone.
