Voicemail

Question

I am trying to set up voicemail and it says to hit the phone button but it does not pull up anything for me to create a new voicemail

I have googled plenty how to remedy to no avail

does someone know how to download or create voicemail so that I may utilize the service

i have an iPhone 7+

it differs a lot how our various carriers around the world handle it, it's not a phone feature really

if it was me then I would contact my carrier or search on their website
