Hey there Innatsi,

We'd like to confirm more details to better understand what's happening, along with ruling out some possible causes for not receiving notifications for those three apps:

  1. While these three apps were developed by a third-party, have you noticed not receiving apps for any of the built-in iOS apps(such as Messages or Mail)?
  2. You mentioned this began when updating to iOS 16, but are we correct in understanding it began after updating to iOS 16.0, or was it after a different iOS 16 version?
  3. Have you already checked that the notification settings for those three apps are set to your preference? This link will help you check: Use notifications on your iPhone or iPad
  4. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
  5. From your post, we see you have iOS 16, but the latest version is iOS 16.2. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
  6. We also recommend making sure that all apps are up to date: How to manually update apps on your Apple device

Cheers!
