My new Iphone 13 Pro started to present a problem when using the zoom in the camera.
if you record a video or take a picture with zoom you have some purple dots, the more you zoom in, the bigger the dots gets.
The main reason for me to purchase this phone was the camera quality.. but now i have purple dots everywhere in my videos and pictures. Is there a way to fix this

We understand you're seeing some dots when taking pictures that are zoomed in. This could be happening because of debris on the case or lenses. To test, remove the case, gently clean the lenses with a lint-free cloth and test.
