I have a new iPhone 13 that Visible cannot seem to figure out how to unlock and has not been able to port in my number from another carrier. Please tell me I am not at the mercy of this incompetent carrier

how can I unlock my iPhone 13 when the carrier is unable or unwilling to unlock it? Visible is the carrier I’ve had to deal with.

Unfortunately, you are at the mercy of Visible. The carrier your phone is locked to are the only ones who can unlock it. Keep trying with them.
