Green line on iPhone XS. [Did not drop it]

So I updated my iPhone to iOS 16.2 a couple days ago. It was working fine and one day when I came back home and took it out of my pocket, a green line showed up out of nowhere.

I didn't drop it, didn't go near water, and the phone was not under any external pressure either.

Later, I noticed it's not just green line but also this ugly green tint that appears on dark themes and sometimes even blocks and noise.

So far I have tried force restarting, updating, draining the battery, resetting the settings but none of them worked

I live in Pakistan so there is no Apple support here and I really don't wanna spend 150 bucks to get my screen replaced (especially when I know I didn't drop it or did anything that could cause damage to the OLED screen).

Is there anything else I can try that may fix the screen?
