Green light on Apple Watch Ultra stopped working!

Hi,

I recently purchased Apple watch Ultra from Dubai and yesterday after around 2 months, suddenly it stopped detecting my heart rate! the green light is not turning on at all.

at the same time the workout stops automatically and also always on display is not working cause the watch is not detecting my wrist!

since yesterday i reset factory my watch 4 times and also made sure my ios is up to date for both devices (Watch and iphone) but no green light!!!

Kindly assist.

Fir all bad behaviour

First force restart it

i.e. press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.

If that is no help

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch

and then

Set up your Apple Watch

If no better you may want to unpair then set up without restoring the backup.

If still no good ensure you have no security apps on the iphone that may be mirrored on the Watch.

You may also want to make sure the software on the watch is up to date.

Update your Apple Watch

If you've completed that troubleshooting and the issue is still not resolved, Contact Apple Support Dubai under warranty. If you don't live there you will have to ship it to a friend in Dubai.
