I have a unpaid order pending on my apple billing.
there's no money on my visa card at the moment.
It is pending because there is no amount on your card.
If you don't do anything, you might be unable to make purchases, download free apps, or use subscriptions. To fix the issue, change your payment method. If you can't change your payment method, you can redeem a gift card and use the balance to pay for any unpaid orders.
That means you will get this message.
