I have an unpaid order pending, how to cancel this?

I have a unpaid order pending on my apple billing. I never remember I even subscribed this app called Ultimate Guitar, although I downloaded it and never used it. And I don't want to pay for it. Luckily there's no money on my visa card at the moment. How do I cancel this? Please help

there's no money on my visa card at the moment.

It is pending because there is no amount on your card.

If you don't do anything, you might be unable to make purchases, download free apps, or use subscriptions. To fix the issue, change your payment method. If you can't change your payment method, you can redeem a gift card and use the balance to pay for any unpaid orders.

That means you will get this message.
