How do I set a focus to turn on when I LEAVE a location and turn off when I ARRIVE at a location. I can only figure out the opposite.

I want to silence notifications from work related apps and people when I am NOT at work. I can only figure out how to turn ON personal when I am at home. I want it to turn on all of the time when I am NOT at work, not just when I arrive home. I don't stay at home 100% of the time when I am off work. So when I leave home on the weekends, my work email turns on and I can't stand getting emails when I am not at work. Is there any way to accomplish this? I have also tried using a shortcut but again, you can only turn something on when you arrive somewhere or until you leave.

I appreciate your response but I already know how to do that. The problem is this. I know you can have the focus setting turn on when you arrive home, for example, and turn off when you leave home. But if I am trying avoid work email when I am away from work, I need the focus to turn ON when I LEAVE work. If I just set it to come ON when I ARRIVE home, then if I leave home to go to dinner or run errands on the weekend, then I get emails and messages. I want location based on/off when I leave work (on) and when I arrive at work (off). I know I can do that for the opposite settings.
