Facetime calls not working on ipad 2017?

Does this happen for any contact you attempt to FaceTime? According to the screenshot, this iCloud account is not available for FaceTime.

Are you signed into your Apple ID on your iPad and do you have FaceTime enabled in Settings?

1. Go to Settings > FaceTime
2. Enable FaceTime

If you are still unable to use FaceTime, you can troubleshoot using the information provided here: If you can't make or receive a FaceTime call on your iPhone or iPad- Apple Support.
