What does $6.99 a month get you with Apple TV?

The Apple TV+ subscription is not for the buy/rent titles, but instead for the special Apple TV+ (note the Plus) catalog, also known as Apple Originals.

$6.99 is the monthly price of the TV+ subscription service.

It gets you access to Apple Original movies and TV shows not available on the iTunes Store for purchase.

Similar to Netflix, where there is original content made by them, not available anywhere else for purchase.

Anything with the TV+ logo is part of that subscription.

Recently, Apple has been making some commercial movies available for free under the TV+ subscription. Currently there's mission impossible, Bourne Ultimatum, Argo and a few others available for free.

All other content is not included and would need to be purchased separately.
