I'm thoroughly disappointed in icloud, I'm probably going to stop my subscription as I am trying to get a collection of files/folders that only equal 500 gig and I have the 2 terabytes subscription. I keep getting random things that prevent me from uploading files, folders of various sizes. It's the freaking cloud, why does it limit how much i can upload at one time?

iCloud does have a 50GB limit and that the size is not larger than the storage you have available in iCloud. You can learn more about this feature here: Access and manage your files in iCloud Drive

This really isn't helpful, telling me the size of the file you can upload and it doesn't actually work is useless. Also, why can't i upload folders with less than 50 gig in them unless they are zipped?
