Karaoke setup (TV & mic) with Apple Music Sing?

The 16.2 release added Sing, which is cool. I want to turn it into a real karaoke setup: put the lyrics up on the TV, run the sound through my AV receiver, and mix in a microphone. Is that possible? What do I need to make that work?
