I could not locate my iPhone using icloud.com/find.
I saw only this message when icloud tried to locate my iPhone: "Online, No Location Available
".

No, this problem is from South Korea. This function will not work in South Korea due to region law. I got answer from Apple. Play sound, Lost Mode are working fine on my Phone except locating my phone position.
