I can’t download anything
How could I download things, like it’s not letting me downloaded certain apps

First of all, make sure that you are logged in with your Apple ID on the device that you are trying to download the app on.
Try checking under Screen Time in Settings “Content & Privacy Restrictions” sometimes when turned on, that can also limit app downloads.
When trying to get an app, are you prompted with anything?
