Does Apple iCloud backup includes all my Bank App data so that there is no need to call Bank Customer Service to login the restored HSBC App?

It might or it might not. I recently restored my iPhone backup to a new iPhone and when I launched my banking app
I had to sign in again with my credentials. It took only a minute, and I didn't have to contact my bank.
i am restoring to same iphone and wish to avoid need to call Bank to use App. For transfer to different iphone, i had to call Every Bank last year; some data wasn’t backed up even with Windows 10 iTunes. What about now?
