i need a copy of logic pro x 10.2.2 where can i get it from?

I have been running logic pro 9 for years on my home studio imac 27" but i needed to fix my hard drive and it required El Capitan to run, now logic 9 does not run and the disappointing guys at logic tell me I cant get Logic pro x 10.2.2 software, am I screwed?

anybody know where I can get this legacy software please

Yes of course but I couldn't update above logic 9

Whatever version of Logic shows up in the App Store when you log in to it, that's about all you'll get. But yes, Logic Pro X is not going to run on a macOS version that old. Can you update the OS?
