Iphone 6s Stuck on Low Battery While Charging

Is there any fix to make the phone turn on? I think that whatever is checking the battery percentage broke. My phone had just turned on after being charged, and the battery was at 100. The phone fell asleep and when it woke, it was on 10 percent and visibly draining. Once it hit one percent, it stayed there. I made sure to push it by downloading apps to make it die but it stayed on one percent for the rest of the night. I put the phone on the charger, but that morning it showed the low battery screen when I tried to turn it on. Force restart did nothing, and after waiting about an hour, it still didn't turn on. Is there a fix?
