All my folders on the left side of the screen have disappeared, how can I get them back??

Yesterday when I opened my mail app everything was fine. Mid-morning I went back in and all of my folders on the left side of the screen were gone. Can someone help me find them and get them back?

See if this may be what you need to do:

Look for the small arrow (^) opposite the set that is missing and click on it.
