My phone no longer plays videos

This problem started a few days ago

My phone will not play any videos

I cannot watch YouTube or videos I’ve recorded

I just get a message saying an error occurred(YT) or a problem occurred loading a higher quantity version of this video (videos I’ve recorded)

I’m using a IPhone SE first gen- iOS 15.7.2 with 7 GB of data left, although I filled up my iCloud months ago

I phone will not play media My Iphone won’t play videos from safari or YouTube or Apple Music it only start working after I shut my phone off and turn it on again though sometimes after a few minutes it happens again and I have to repeat the process often. Does anyone know what’s going on?

Unable to play video on multiple video app I keep getting error when trying to play video from many different video app such as YouTube and Netflix. This can be temporarily resolved by restart iPhone. But it will come back after around a day.
