MacBook Pro 13" M1 cannot run diagnostics or startup in safe mode

I have tried to run diagnostics by turn on my MacBook and holding down the power, pressing D, pressing Command+D but none of those work. When I hold the power power button down after turning on, the MacBook just turns off. I'm running 13.0.1 and I'm trying to understand why my MacBook keeps crashing.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6
