Apps and apple logo freezing into background
Anybody know how to fix this? I was on my iPad and then the colours changed and when I tried to restart it, the screen just comes back & the colours are greenish.

A. Troubleshooting a Frozen iPad:
Try the tips at these Apple Support links:
- If the Screen isn’t Working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
- If your iPad won't Turn On or is Frozen - Apple Support
- If your iPad is Stuck On the Apple Logo - Apple Support
- If your iPad Screen is Black or Frozen - Apple Support
B. Troubleshooting Greenish Colors:
This may be a ghost image. So, seems to me that this may be a faulty device. So, either return it (you have 14 days to do so), or get it swapped out.

- Contact Us - Choose Locations
- Proceed from there as necessary
- Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
