iTunes Store ringtone purchase not received

Two days ago I bought a ringtone from the iTunes Store. The payment went through, but I did not receive anything, and the purchase button was still present in the Store. Seeing as I would not be receiving my ringtone anytime soon I applied for a refund. Apparently it was refunded but I have not received anything as of yet.

An hour ago I decided to try again with the same ringtone but to no avail. Same situation: I was charged with nothing to show for it in my purchased items tab on iTunes (also there is no “Tones” section, just Music and Movies, neither of which I’ve ever purchased). To make matters worse I can’t use iTunes on PC to use my custom ringtones either, so I’m stuck with the default Apple ringtones for the time being.

When will I get the money back?

If your refund is approved, the funds will be applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Store credit – It may take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.

Mobile phone billing – It may take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time may be affected by your network provider. You can contact your network provider for an update.

All other payment methods – It may take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you can't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.

Keep in mind -> 30 days you should read as 30 business days.
