12pro Receiver not working its a international piece for which they are asking bill..

Hey guys,

I have the issue of 12 pro receiver/ earpiece not working. I had purchased the phone when i was in US now i don't have the bill and the service guys are asking for the bill. I am making the claim in India for which the warranty is also expired.
