Mac Studio & Display Not Working

I have recently purchased a Mac Studio and display but they do not seem to work. The studio white light is on, but nothing is happening on the display. When I unplug the display three white lights appear for a few seconds then disappear. Would be grateful of any advice on how to get this up and running. Thanking you in advance.

What OS version is the Mac Studio running? Is it fully updated to Ventura? If so, I would schedule a Genius appointment with the nearest Apple Store.
