Available app updates are not showing in App Store->Updates

Recenlty, I noticed that I'm not geeting any updates for existing apps in my MacBook Pro. I was using MacOS 12.6.1 and I noticed that one of my app was not working properly. Then, I checked that app in App Store and it was showing an update is available but the same thing is not showing in App Store->Updates. I upgraded my MacOS to 12.6.2 and then 13.1 too. But the problem is still persistent. I have checked few apps individually like Pages, Numbers, iMovies, Keynotes etc. on App Store and I found that updates are available but these updates not showing in App Store->Updates. Please help me.

this helped me

  • On a Mac, open App Store → Updates and hit ⌘ Cmd R to refresh the page.
  • Sign out of the App Store (not iCloud) and back in. Then go to App Store → Updates to download the update.

Hello ankith165,

Since the updates aren't showing available in the App Store as expected with the last few versions of macOS, reach out to Apple Support directly to help investigate the behavior.
