Hello, I have a problem with my Face ID, there is an error and it does not log in. To redefine the phone, it is neither hit nor wet, the error says Face ID is inactive, the phone has been updated and restored once.

Please update your iPhone to the latest ios version. If that is not working it is most likely a hardware issue, please contact apple support to set your device up for service
