haptics OFF but they're still ON and LOUD (it's random)

hi, I'm getting haptic feedback both sound and vibration while both are off, they're randomly switching from off to normal to loud like max volume but they're not controlled by volume anyway but my volume's down (for example it just went from no sound or vibration to LOUD sound and vibration simply swapping keyboards, no other button press but the change keyboard globe button, this was typing into the settings search bar)

I've tried switching "change with buttons" for ring tone and currently have both switches in keyboard feedback, "play haptics in" ring and silent mode all off

my phone's roughly two months old, purchased new through visible wireless

I'm willing to do a system reset which I haven't tried yet but I'd like to know first if there's anything that's not backed up to icloud+ that I should backup manually please, thank you, or if there's a diagnostic program or whatever I could run to help apple fix this since I'm not the only one with it and there's other sound issues currently being posted too

Greetings f48hsfhs7f,

If you are seeing unexpected behavior from your iPhone, begin by restarting it normally.

Restart your iPhone

"How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later

  1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
  2. The volume button is located on the left side of the device, and the side button is located on the right
  3. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
  4. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

Take care.
