Hello BLOCKERS,

If you are getting a charge from Apple on your Cash App it means that you have subscribed to some type of subscription from an app that is on the App Store or an Apple product. To cancel subscriptions on your Apple ID follow these instructions.

  1. Open the App Store app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Tap on your name to access your account settings.
  4. Tap "Subscriptions."
  5. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it.
  6. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your decision.

Keep in mind that if you cancel a subscription, you will still be able to use the subscription until the current billing period ends. After that, the subscription will no longer renew and you will lose access to the associated services.

If you don't see the "Cancel Subscription" option, it's possible that the subscription is managed by another company or organization. In this case, you will need to contact them directly to cancel the subscription.

You can also do the same by going to your Apple ID in settings and viewing subscriptions from there.

But they keep asking for a bill for a apple phone I guess.

Who are they?

1.

If you have received an invoice from Apple, on every invoice from the Apple Store and/or iTunes Store always states what you have purchased (and/or concerns a subscription) and the amount.

Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.

Or scroll down and click report a problem.

Or try to ->  Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

Request a refund for apps or content you've bought from Apple – Apple Support (UK)

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.

Refunds are not guaranteed. For more information, see the Terms & Conditions.

2.

For sure check the following Apple articles:

View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services

How apps, content, and subscriptions from Apple are billed

3.

See -> Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

  • If you delete an app, it doesn’t cancel in-app subscriptions that you might have. While deleting an app, you might see a Cancel Subscriptions option. Learn how to cancel your subscriptions.

If you don't want to continue a subscription you need always to cancel that subscription in time, see the following Apple articles:

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed

4.

If the invoice is not from Apple, was the money deducted by a stranger?

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Ask also your bank to block your card, and ask a new card.
