I have a new iPhone and trying to connect my Apple Watch to it. But I have forgotten my iCloud username and login so I am unable to connect and now it says activation lock until I remember my details is there a way to reset them or get a reminder or iCloud email I used.

It sounds like you are using a new Apple ID in your new iphone. That is not really a good idea if you lose all your iCloud assets.
Use the following two processes then reset the phone and set it up with that old Apple ID
