I cannot get the SIM card tray to eject .

Why can't I get the SIM card tray to eject (or open) so I can switch SIM cards between phones? I even used a paper clip and that special SIM card eject tool.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 15

Push in, towards your iPhone, but don’t force it. If you're having difficulty ejecting the SIM tray, take your device to your carrier or an Apple Store for help.
