The message in that device, suggests the only way to proceed

would be to get an appointment with an authorized service and

have the issue resolved on site, with authorized Apple service.


In some locations, the cellular carrier is your 'first contact' there.

And so that's probably where you'd arrange a repair; or have it

inspected. (Some FaceID issues, won't disable other features.)
