After following all apple suggestions for apple boot, my IMac will not restart.

I have done all the regular steps in getting my IMac to start under the curcumstances including recovery. Nothing happens when I try this. I had hoped to get the disk utility but it does not appear. Command P R does not work either. My IMac is a 2019 model with a hard disk and ssd memory. There were no problems at all when I last shut it down.
