how to get iCloud automatically Backup on select WiFi network?

is it possible for iCloud not to automatically backup on select WiFi connection? one of my Hotspot is from Mobile which i wish to avoid automatical backup

iPhone XR, iOS 16

It is not currently a feature for your iPhone to back up selectively based on the Wi-Fi it is connected to. If this is a feature you'd like to see in the future we recommend leaving feedback here: Product Feedback

Low Data mode for WiFi (Someone suggested) prevents Backups but also pause background task ; although , i also need Photos sync but because my Photos are very few, I wish Photos sync on all WiFi , I am going to use Low Data Mode as solution.
