If by 'reset' you mean reinstall macOS you'll see the key combinations on these instructions.

How to reinstall macOS – Apple Support (UK)


If you want to factory reset your Mac ie: format/erase the hard drive and reinstall macOS the following article should also help:

Erase your Mac and reset it to factory settings – Apple Support (UK)


IMPORTANT: If you choose the format/erase option and the data that is stored on your Mac is important to you then perform a back up first, otherwise all your data will be be lost.


Prior to factory resetting your Mac you should sign out of your AppleID ACCOUNT and remove it from FindMy as per this article:
