My passcode (that I haven’t changed) doesn’t work. Is there any way to get into the phone without erasing and restoring it?

Is there any software I could use from the cloud?

No, I am sorry, if your passcode is not working anymore the only thing you can do to remove the passcode is to follow the steps in the article that brought you here. These steps will erase your iphone

But if you have an iCloud backup, you can put that one back after the erase process is complete
