How do I stop Notes from forcing notifications on me?

Every time I try to use notes I get this pop up which I don’t see how to dismiss and it prevents me from using the application. It is an application I would like to use and keep using, but I absolutely do not want it sending me notifications.

How do you stop notes from popping up in new windows? In the Notes app, every time I click on a note in the sidebar, it opens in the main window, but a new popup window appears with that same note and formatting controls only. It's very annoying and has no reason to exist. Any way to stop this from happening?

How do you disable Notes popups How can I stop Notes from appearing after I touch my pen to a notification and swipe to the left to remove it. Basically, I want to stop the pen from opening Notes unless I click on the Notes icon.

Try settings, notifications and under that notes, to turn off notifications for that app
