Annoying options box pops up when looking at a screenshot

Every time i take a screenshot, when I look at the picture later and I scroll up to see the bottom portion of it, this annoying box pops up about adding a caption, lens information and other such crap (see picture below). I want to get rid of this option screen coming up. I unselect the little i in the circle underneath it, and it unfills, but I still can't scroll down to see the bottom of my picture without this option box coming up again. Can anyone tell me how I can turn this feature off? Thanks

Here is a screenshot. The "Information" box is activated by pressing the the "i" button pointed to by the arrow. Take care not to press it to avoid seeing the box.
