problems with icloud

IHello, I have a problem with icloud activation. I try to turn it on and I get a banner saying "I can't sign in because of a communication problem with iCloud" every time I try. and I don't know how to fix it

The steps in If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services can often help isolate issues with connecting to iCloud.


  1. Check the system status page
  2. Make sure that your device is connected to the internet
  3. Update your software
  4. Check the date and time


If you continue to experience issues after checking what's mentioned above, try using a browser on the same device to sign in with the same Apple ID here: Manage your Apple ID


The results of this will help us determine next steps.
