My mother gave me her iPhone 12 Pro Max and I always have to redownload apps to update. Any solution?

I don't want to perform a clean wipe because it's such a major hassle. What she did was, she disabled her Apple ID so I can use my apps via my email/Apple ID..but because of this the App Store still detects that apps are synched to her account with a prompts "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and Itunes."

Disabled her Apple ID from the App Store is not enough.
