Create a HomeKit Scene for a Security Camera

When I go outside to mow the lawn or shovel snow I don’t want multiple notifications from the front yard camera while it’s recording. I either manually switch off the recording from the Home app, or I ask Siri to “Set <camera name> to Stream only while home” (I see the LED on the camera go blue but recording is still indicated as on in the Home app).

I thought I would create a Scene in HomeKit that could be used in a Siri Shortcut, but when it asks to select an accessory, the camera is not there.

Has anyone come up with a way to do scenes which includes a camera? My goal is create a Shortcut to ask Siri to stop recording the camera, then have it start recording it again 30 minutes later in case I forget to set it back.
