Can’t select terms and conditions

I just got my new MackBook pro and when signing in and putting all my information in I get to the terms and conditions and it won’t let me select agree I’ve tried starting over with the information by going back

I opened the terms and conditions and tried scrolling all the way down and still it’s not able to be selected
