Apple Music subscription

Every time I try to verify my eligibility for the student plan it say says “You may have previously used a different Apple ID to verify your eligibility-try signing in with that Apple ID. If you didn't use a different Apple ID, contact Apple Support.” I’m pretty sure I used a last Apple ID account is there anyway I can move it over to my current account??
