How am I supposed to update my phone

I have iPhone 11 but it says my phone is up to date with 15.7.2 but I need iOS 16 for my Apple Watch. What do it do

and I can’t request and update either

iPhone 11, iOS 15

Check for and remove the beta profile. After removing the profile, restart the phone and check again for the update.
