What is your model iPad? Identify your iPad model - Apple Support


Not all iPads can be upgraded to the latest version software. Older models may have reached their maximum OS.

iPad models compatible with iPadOS 16.x - Apple Support iPad models compatible with iPadOS 13.x - Apple Support


The Xfinity Stream app is now listed as requiring iPadOS 13.0 or later.
