Unable to add apple account to my wallet.

I have set up my apple wallet & tired to add my apple account to my wallet as it is a way to use my Apple balance. When I added it, It provided an error screen. Now this is confusing as my family member has added her apple account & it works just fine. If anyone knows how to fix this or is it some sort of bug / error? Thank you, & merry Christmas.
