Apple watch will only turn on to clock and lighting bolt
Apple watch series 7 will not turn on it only will show a clock and lighting bolt .
Was the lightning bolt red? If so, your Apple Watch may just be out of power, and I'd suggest charging it...

Well, if you're currently charging your watch, and there's a lightning bolt, yes, it's out of power. Just wait a bit, and your watch should wake up again.
